To ensure that our stylists have sufficient time to complete your service, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior your appointment to allow time to fill out any required forms and change into a chemical service robe if required. If you are running late, please let us know. We do make every attempt to accommodate our guests, however arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your stylist not having sufficient time to compete your service and possibly the need to reschedule to another date.
We ask that you please give 48 hours notice to cancel a reserved appointment. Our stylists often have a waiting list of guests and having prior notice of an appointment cancellation gives us an opportunity to fill that time slot. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and even with our system of email and text reminders you might miss a scheduled appointment or two. In the event of a missed appointment, please expect an email, text, or phone call reminding you of proper cancellation. On the third and subsequent instances of a missed appointment, we will require a deposit be made of 1/2 of the scheduled service to reserve any further appointments. If scheduling a firm appointment time is difficult with your schedule, please take advantage of calling or coming by the day of for a potential opening.
We love children! Most of us have some of our own. However, it is extremely distracting to your stylist and the stylists and guests around you to have a little angel buzzing around the styling chairs while they are working their magic on your mane. You will be much happier with your hair if your stylist is only focused on you. We respectfully request that children under the age of 12 visit us only when the scheduled appointment is for the child. Many thanks!
